Building a
Skilled Workforce
Dana Pani Seva Sansthan aims to connect unemployed and
underemployed youth from disadvantaged communities with
sectors and opportunities where relevant skills can improve
employability and income-generation potential.
Young people who may be held back by limited qualifications,
lack of training or limited exposure to employment pathways
can benefit from structured skill development, practical
learning and career-oriented guidance.
Our livelihood initiatives seek to complement broader national
efforts towards skill development and employability while
supporting the objectives of quality education and decent work
reflected in Sustainable Development Goals 4 and 8.
